我使用TPS61175，电源从3.6V升压到12V，上电之后电压值正常，但是当一段时间后，电压变低，直到和输入电压一样，一直没有升上来，这是什么问题？如果控制EN脚，还能够再次升压，如果EN脚一直是高电平，输出电压降低后也不升上来。
