问题：使用TPS65218给AM4377进行供电管理，
已满足如下4个条件：1、pin9 AC_DET上拉至VCC5V；2、pin44 PB上拉至VCC5V，且通过跳线帽可连接到GND；3、pin46 PWR_EN上拉至VCC5V；4、IN_BU，IN_BIAS，IN_LDO1，IN_DCDC3，IN_DCDC4，IN_DCDC1，IN_DCDC2，IN_LS2，IN_LS3，均已提供VCC5V的输入；
但是TPS65218没有输出。
请问还需要提供什么条件？
