想请教一下，如何使用bq76pl455作为从控的电池监控芯片，而不加额外的MCU，多个从控通过UART方式和主控进行通信，应用在车辆上，UART的通信会在车辆上正常使用吗？会不会干扰特别大，而影响通信？

一般车辆都是CAN通信，所以在此有这样一个疑问，想问一下各位大师，谢谢！
