LINEOV,LINEUV就是输入Vbus的欠压保护和过压保护，对于欠压保护电压低了就会保护，所以应该是低于1.27V保护。对于过压电压高了就会保护，所以应该是高于1.27V保护。
Datasheet说得较不是很清楚, 就欠压保护而言，通过分压电阻来sense，只能是低了触发保护，不应是高了触发保护，你可以验证下。
