TPS62142来做12V转3.3V，遇到两个问题：
1、负载电流达到600mAy以上时，输出电压降到3.18V左右
2、负载2点几瓦时，使用一段时间，容易烧坏
电路原理图如下（备注：3.3nF实际使用的是3nF）：
嗯，但是电压掉的很厉害是什么原因呢?我试了一下带载为4W的时候就掉到2.8V了
