用TPS59124设计一款双路输出电源，输入电压4.5V~20V，输出可调，输出负载8A，按PDF典型应用画板，现在碰到以下2个问题。
1、在5V输入时，输出电压3.3V与1.2V，最大能带载的电流只能到4A，加大负载就无输出，也不能启动。
2、输入电压只能在6V以内，往上就就算是空载也无输出。
5V输入，降压结构的芯片，输出电压是无法高于输入电压的
