生产用的是单面板工艺，先对芯片进行贴片/回流焊，插件完成后，使用隔热胶纸贴住芯片，进行波峰焊。
首次上电有大概10%损坏，后面进行带载测试，基本有90%损坏，难道是买到假货了吗
