过温的保护模式是关掉输出。如果LDO损坏，很多时候都是输出拉低，也可能是击穿，具体你可以实际测试一下LDO现在的瞬态。
如果是击穿，很容易损坏后面的MCU(有可能MCU VCC最大只能3.6V), 但是如果不是击穿，你可能需要从波形上来确认，看看3.3V上是否因为layout等原因造成不稳定，如果过高的spike有出现，仍然会烧掉MCU的。
