按照DataSheet中图3设计的电路，输入端和输出端各对地连接一个0.1uF电容，EN脚连接到Vin，R1取值82k，R2取值24k。

问题：输出电压没有起到5V稳压的效果，几乎输入电压是多少输出就是多少，输入为3.7V，输出也是3.7V

请问这是什么原因呢？
