看原理图，电池在充电的时候，电压输出4.2V给我的GSM模块供电，没有问题，但是电池差不多充满电的时候，输出电压突然升高到4.5V，导致我的GSM模块电压过高保护了，请问我该怎么改进，我想输出的电压一直在4.2V或以下，因为GSM模块供电需要，谢谢
测试了，不是这个原因，请教一下，有什么办法可以使输出电压在4.2V或以下，输入电压应该这么选择，或电路应该这么改，谢谢
