我们用BQ24780S做了笔记本电池充电管理，遇到一个电池过放的问题，电池自带有保护板，过放后，保护板不输出电压，电池无法充电。
请问如何配置可以做到不会过放，怎么设置一个阈值，让电池电压下降到一定程度后就切断电池供电？以及电池过放后，如何激活电池充电？
