用单片机遇BQ34Z100g1进行IIC通信,可以进行读操作和写操作，电流电压都能读出，但是读SOC的时候，始终为0 ，我开启了阻抗跟踪算法，使用control（0x0021），也RESET过了，control（0x0000）返回的数据为0x0203。读到的SOC还是为0，一直不变。SOC是要完成哪些配置才能有数值？？
