TPS65217C芯片的SYS电压

使用TPS65217C芯片来处理电源，参考BeagleBone Black电路，通过USB或者AC DC5V 供电，SYS的电压都只有0.49V.然而，在SYS端直接加DC5V电源以后，再次通过USB或者AC DC5V 供电，SYS的电压又变为DC5V,其他的电压如3.3V/1.8V/1.1V都正常。请问，这是什么原因？谢谢！
