BQ3060的第17脚PRES，当被拉低就能处于正常工作状态 【充电和放电】是吗？如果不拉低，则电池组则处于断开状态 是吗？
PRES 拉低表示电池已经被插入系统。如果没拉低，说明电池没有接入系统。
这个PIN脚会连接到电池的对外连接的接口，建议在外部电路中添加ESD保护。
BQ3060已经不建议在新设计中采用，可以考虑采用BQ4050升级。
