你好，请问实现以下需求是否有单个电源IC可以满足，或者需要多个IC？

1. 使用单节可充电锂电池，工作电压3.6v，典型充电指标1.62A，4.2v。

2. 支持USB和锂电池供电。无USB插入时，锂电池对系统供电；当USB插入后，自动切换成USB对系统供电。

3. USB插入后自动对锂电池进行充电，并且充电时对电池有（过度充电，过度放电，电流过大，短路）保护。
