驱动电路电平转换的低电压被拉高



推挽电路如下图所示,CMG输入为高电压5V,低电压0V,频率为10MHZ的时序信号,通过此电路实现高低电平的转换,Vcmgh和Vcmgl为直流电压,Vcmgh电压为+20V,Vcmgl采用LDO芯片产生,电压为+4V,此电路的功能是将高低电平的电压转变为Vcmgh和Vcmgl,但是在实际使用中,Vcmgl的电压被拉高(比LDO的输入电压还高),想请教一下大虾怎么解决这个问题。
