在TPS23861手册中多次提到了802.3 type1(802.3 af)\ 802.3 type2(802.3at)，这两个除了传输的最大功率不同之外还有其他不同吗？采用ALT A的方式，2 pair是否能够达到25W以上？
如果PSE端2 pair能够满足25W功耗需求，是不是意味着PD端用2 pair的ALT A方式也可以达到25W的接收功率？
