问题描述：我用电池和直流稳压源给芯片的BAT脚给芯片供电，可是无论怎样改变输入电压的值，SYS脚电压值与与输入电压值一样，没有实现当BAT电压过低时，SYS脚电压稳定在设定的默认值3.5V。

BAT脚和SYS脚之间是一个低压降的chargeMOS, 给电压到 BAT脚，减掉MOS压降就是SYS脚电压。
SYS脚固定在最低3.5V是Vbus给电池充电时，此时VSYS可设置到最低3.5V, 即便电池只有3V, chargeMOS承担压降直到电池电压上去，SYS电压也跟着上去。
