I suggest that you can check the voltage ripple into CC1350 in both USB powered and energy harvester powered operation. If there is excessive ripple into the MCU power rail for energy harvester powered mode, please consider a LC filter with lower cutoff frequency to block the ripple. A LDO with enough PSRR for DCDC post-filtering will also work for this cause too.
Could you please show us the power supply section of your schematics if upload to the open access forum is acceptable?
