我該怎麼去新增一個600V的Mosfet呢？

您好，下面以UCC24636为例：
1 选择schematic
2 点选您需要更改的MOSFET
3 选择元件替换
4 在列表中选择合适的高压MOSFET
你可以按照上帖先在上帖将MOS耐压改为600V,然后再导出到Tina
