LM3150加负载输出电压会下降，空载与加负载上端mos发热严重，过一会会烧

Vin=28V， Vout=12V,10A，空载时Vfb= 0.6V,加负载后， Vfb= 0.3V，加负载后，输出电压为3V , 4V左右变化，且上端MOS管发烫，过一会会烧，不加负载时也会发烫严重，烧上端mos管，请求大神帮忙解决一下，不胜感激！
