新买的EV2400,通过USB插到电脑上，没有任何反应，设备管理器中找不到通信接口，用EV2400 Updater_v0018更新固件，显示如上信息，现在这个EV2400根本就识别不了，请问这是什么问题？大神帮忙！！！感谢
