LM2578无法实现BUCK-Boost,也就是不能在2.8～20Vin下实现3.3Vout，因为这既需要升压也要同时可以降压，
你的这个电压范围单芯片不是很好实现，电压范围可以压缩一下吗
如果你是一节和三节锂电池，那么输入电压应该在3.7V~12.6V左右，单片机供电电流应该也比较小
可以看看那TPS62170（3～17Vin 0.5A），如果电流要求大的，可以TPS62160/TPS62147（3～17Vin 1A/2A）
如果你是两节或三节电池，那就可以降成本，可以选TPS560200 （4.5～17Vin 0.5A）或TPS56X201（4.5～17Vin 1～5A）
