输出电压为15v和3.3v
15v作为MOS管栅极的输入，MOS管做开关用
3.3v作为单片机电源输入
刚接触，不知道具体怎么选型，芯片型号怎么找
两个芯片，这两个电压也需要隔离开

如果是需要隔离，会用到变压器，实际一个芯片反激就可以，在变压器多绕个绕组出来即可。
外置MOS，可以用TPS40210,LM3478/81
内置MOS，可以选择TPS55340之类
