万用表静态测试芯片时，VOUT和PH短路。上电测试，VOUT输出电压一直升高，都到6V了，还是没有停。大家遇到过类似情况吗？
能把芯片的完整丝印贴一下吗？
输出电压一直往上升，没停下来，我只能立马断电
