不建议这么做，因为一般功能脚到Vin脚之间会设计一些结构/保护电路，这些电路默认的工作条件是Vin电压高于其他引脚，如果Enable先上电，有可能导致内部电路的电压偏置处于合理之外的情况，是有损坏芯片的风险的。
