求推荐LDO，最大输入大于6V，输出电压3.6-3.8V，电流300-500mA，静态电流小于20uA
您好，请问输出电压是要求在3.6-3.8之前可调，还是在3.6到3.8之间的某一个值即可？
某一个值即可，如果是可调的LDO，应用上也是调到这个电压范围内

应该是很多的，在LDO的list中找（设置一下输入范围，和电流范围，所以搜索范围）：

例如TPS7A16, TPS7A19都是可以的，只是输入电压较高。你可以再找找看有没有输入电压相对较低一点的。
