bq78350-r1外部平均电压测量不准,本应用是一个四串两并18650锂电,原理图设计采用bq78350手册推荐的设计,但是在测试过程中发现平均电压External average cell voltage与电池的电压有相当大的差异,四节电池电压分别为3737、 3741、 3768、 3768 mV ,Ext Avg Cell Voltage只有3270mV,请问两个问题:

1. 这个值怎么进行校准,或者是电路哪里设计有问题?

2. 这个值主要影响了什么,应该怎么配置相应的寄存器?

  • The average external cell voltage is measured from a divider to the BAT pin of the bq78350. The resistor divider must be selected to get the voltage in range of the ADC for the BAT pin, and the external cell voltage must be calibrated to scale the ADC reading to the proper voltage.
    If using the EVM select the appropriate jumper position for the divider to keep the maximum battery voltage at approximately 1V at the BAT terminal. If using you own board be sure the divider provides this voltage. Then calibrate the external average cell voltage using the bqStudio calibration tab: Measure the battery voltage and divide by the number of cells. Enter that voltage into the "Ext Average Cell Voltage" box and select the "Calibrate Voltage" button.
