TPS23753出现VC和GATE脚损坏,GATE Pin对RTN短路，有没有方法判断是内部输出过流烧毁还是反向电压击穿?
建议你测一下RTN到VSS是否击穿，如果击穿可能是过流或者过压了。还有就是DEN对VSS是否击穿。如果DEN对VSS击穿，可能是输入导致的，在分级、侦测和上电前损坏，如果DEN没有对VSS击穿，查你后端漏感这些有没有异常。
