BQ77PL900DLR 测试点破损问题

TO 各位前辈：

       最近在实际生产中经常出现BQ77PL900DLR的电压测试PIN出现破损异常！

      电芯为7节串联，帮BQ77PL900DLR使用时也是用了7个pin!

      在PCB与治具接触时，经常会出现第7pin 破损，量测6pin 与 7pin 之间阻抗，为0.1K;

       IC被不知明原因击破了！

       确认瞬间加压，应该不超过5V;

       理论上是不会破损IC的；

      想问前辈们是否有此情况？

     什么原因，如何解决的？
