最近想做一款24V直流电机驱动，一直在找驱动芯片，不知道各位师傅有什么型号推荐一下，感谢！ 工作要求：控制电机正反转，电机启动电流大概5A，运行电流2.5A,工作电压24V,驱动芯片要支持TTL或者PWM,驱动方式，最好这两种驱动方式都可以，芯片要有过流，过温，短路等保护，就这么几点要求，麻烦各位给推荐和芯片，谢谢！
