TPS79633DCQR工作不正常

原理图是这样的，此处存在一定几率TPS79633不工作，导致此电路电压本应为3.3V，实为2.8V。

大部分板子表现完全正常，个别有这个情况，但去掉负载后79633输出正常。

出现故障时，用表笔碰一下VOUT或L6左端，经过一段抖动后输出恢复正常。

请大牛帮分析下内在机理。
