用TPS51116给DDR3供电，电路图如下图所示，D-CAP模式，实测无P1V5_DDR3输出，上电瞬间只在LL端测试到一个12V/100ns的高脉冲，求教如何解决？

PS：2pcs单板1pcs有输出，1pcs问题如上，换过IC和MOS问题依然存在，怀疑参数配置有问题导致过压保护。
