单个电池的电压是3.7V，两个串联起来后就是7.4V，满电电压就是8.4V（4.2V x 2）。
由于是两个电池串联到开发板的J2接口，Data Memory中的Protections ,Permanent Fail ,Advanced Charge Algorithm ,Gas Gauging, Power中相关电压设置是否都要改成乘以2的值（从芯片读出来默认的单个电池的配置）？
例如，Protections-->COV-->Threshold Low Temp 默认是4300mV，用不用改成8600mV？
