bq40z50数据书册中的这段话的意思是不是:给SHUTDN输入一个由高到低的脉冲它就关断充放电MOS，再给一个由高到低的脉冲它又重新打开充放电MOS？
另外这个SHUTDN管脚正常工作是是不是要给低电平？
