上主电200VAC，UCC28070芯片没起来，测得Vsense=2V，Vinac=2V，VAO=5V，Vss=6V，芯片启动的条件都满足了，为什么还是不工作？

以前只上控制电，通过分压电阻令Vsense=2V，Vinac=1V，可以测得最大占空比情况下的驱动波形，为什么上主电就没有波形了？
