BQ29700DSER设计问题

   我们用到BQ39700DSER，用作电池低压保护（高压保护不用），但我们接上电池（下图B+，B- ）后发现MOSFET 不能打开，但把图中MOSFET U502 的 Pin 2 和 Pin 3 用金属接触一下，就可以导通开机。想问下什么原因会导致这种情况？这电路上有没有什么问题？
