使用TPS54560做了降压，输出5v，输入电压在12v，36v都正常，当使用50V输入时，通电瞬间芯片爆炸型烧毁。
是因为我的输出电容是100uf钽电容的原因吗？还是我是买到假芯片了？
输入电源为12片锂电池串联，电压极限为50.4V

可能是引线上的寄生电感引起谐振了，建议在芯片输入端加一个大电解电容330uF，同时你如果存在热插拔，还是建议加一个switch
