LM2596-5V采用数据手册的接法，现在测量1脚输入是12V，但是2脚和4脚输出都是0v，请问有可能是什么问题？多谢！
用示波器看2脚输出幅度±1V，频率大约6K的尖峰脉冲，4脚上脉冲基本没有了，是0v的电压。请问是二极管还是IC的问题呢，多谢!
