问TLC59108几路输出通道，是否可以接不同数量的LED？是否能做到以下几种使用情景：
1、3路亮，另外5路灭
2、1路常亮，另外几路3路一组不同时间段亮灭，1路悬空
3、6路各接3颗LED，1路接1颗LED，1路悬空
