LM3904搭一个6A的恒流电路不能锁定电流

参考LM3409, -Q1, LM3409HV, -Q1 P-FET Buck Controller for High-Power LED Drivers 数据表的电路,增加Riadj和20kHz的PWM调整电流;

Riadj = 180k

Ruv2 = 50k,

Ruv1 = 6.98k,

Roff = 15k,

Coff = 390pf;

Rsns = 30mΩ,

L1 = 15uH/8A,

D1 > 10A,

Q1 > 20A,PMOS

电源用24V10A的稳压电源用,电子负载CR档做测试;

出现的异常是:

当负载调到大于等于4.1Ω的时候,随着负载电阻的减小电流增大到接近6A;当负载电阻小于4.1Ω 时候,电流掉到0.9A;加大负载电阻可以恢复到之前状态;输出电压一直在21-23V之间,下不去。

这个问题该怎么解决?谢谢
