我司新项目国六柴油机ECU，现需找一颗电源IC

需求如下：

1. 电源输入6-40v

2. 5v±0.1v输出能力800mA

3. 传感器Tracker供电5v输出能力30mA

4. 1.2~1.3v输出能力800mA

5. 3.3v输出能力150mA

6. 集成看门狗/EN/RESET/符合ISO26262
