TPS650942这款PMIC，在SMT贴片之前，是否需要强制烘烤（即不论潮敏卡是否超标都要烘烤？）？推荐烘烤温度和时间是多少？
客户那边出了点问题，出现了7.5%的不良率。麻烦帮我确认一下！
Hi 没有开封，或者时间放得比较就建议烘烤（具体可以咨询一下授权代理商，我们主要负责电性上，制程上的说明资料我们很少有） 其次建议检查一下SMD的静电状况。
