按照TPS54331DR数据手册内的参考电路，现在使用时，电源适配器DC24V输入，生成3.3V，电源刚插上芯片就烧毁，电源适配器是AC220V转DC24V，布局按照手册上要求
有些时候带电插拔很多次都没有烧，实际使用是接在24V开关电源上，也是会烧芯片，实际使用时，带电插拔情况会更多些，要如何避免这种情况呢
