我们正在使用TPS7A8101，发现部分芯片在温度达到-20℃以下时，芯片就会产生异常信号，怀疑是自激（400kHz左右，幅度大概为50mV），当温度升高至10℃左右，信号消失。
把Cbypass由100nF减小至100pF，情况有所改善，但是温度继续降低到-30℃，异常信号又会冒出来，请问该怎么解决？该器件能通过仿真确认吗？
应用场景：Vin=3.65V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=30mA.
