    To do current scaling, they need to use the firmware for BQ78350-R2 - it can be downloaded here: www.ti.com/.../BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW

    The initial Remaining Capacity and SOC at power up (or with Reset) are determined from the ChemID. If they have selected a matching ChemID for their battery, it will help with SOC accuracy at power-up. Next they need to collect logs for the GPCCEDV tool. If they already did this and they are not seeing accurate results, maybe they can send the output from this tool for me to review. The Design Capacity and the Design Voltage need to be set correctly as well. The full procedure is in this document: www.ti.com/.../slua924

    When they collect the logs for the GPCCEDV tool, it is good to go a little below their desired system cutoff voltage (~100mV), so they may need to widen the protection settings temporarily for the logging process so that the FETs do not open. I noticed there is a CUV fault showing in the picture you attached.
