BQ27750导出senc文件后没有通信

你好！我想请教下，我在使用BQ27750的时候，配置好之后，想把senc文件导出来，但是导出senc 之后就没有通信了，换一个电池重新写入一个senc之后，电池也没有通信，点击execute FW之后也还是没有通信了，这是什么原因呢，为什么烧录senc之后就没有通信了呢？
