5175烧掉了
芯片坏掉了，而且这次生产故障率超过50%
请问这个问题的结果是什么呢，我这里遇到基本一模一样的问题：设置为9-28V输入 ——12V输出，大比例的LM5175损坏，损坏后输出只有4.3V左右。HTSSOP28封装，损坏后，测量得18、19、21、25脚阻抗异常。
