我用bq24232做电池管理，电路图如下，
如果此时插上USB，但电池不接（2,3脚空置），V_SYS输出是正常4.4V。想问一下这个时候7脚和9脚是保持高阻态吗？两个LED灯会不会亮？哪一个亮是正常的？
