TPS71710是固定1V输出的LDO, 他与可调版本的TPS71701是同一系列的两个不同的芯片。
TPS71710的NR/FB不可以接GND, 推荐结0.01uF的电容到GND. 固定版本与可调版本不同在于将可调版本的外接FB分压电阻集存到芯片内部了，而此时NR/FB的功能只剩下NR的功能，不可以外接电阻再调。
